Strategic Factors presents two innovative performance measurement software products. These are:
- Strategy Scorecard
- Strategy Links
Both products are based on the Strategic Factor System which means that key performance indicators (KPIs) are outcome-based and strategically-focused. The Strategic Factor System provides a unique and highly effective method for producing leading indicators of performance.
Strategy Scorecard
This product is a CD-ROM package that clients buy and install themselves.
By following a series of steps, users develop a scorecard of KPIs for their organisation, department, program or project. The package contains a number of additional modules that assist managers to enter targets and results, and analyse trends and variations.
Strategy Links
Strategy Links is the enterprise package. Its purpose is for clients to establish and link several scorecards in an organisation or business unit. Linkages are established up and down as well as across an organisation.
Workshops and consulting are provided to assist clients to identify the key performance indicators relevant to each scorecard.
The Strategy Links software contains a number of modules that enable measures to be developed, KPIs to be identified, targets to be entered and results to be analysed. The software also contains features that assist in examining the links between scorecards up and down as well as across organisations.
