Strategic Planning
We employ our Strategic Factor System to produce an effective strategic plan for an organisation or business unit. Our methods produce strategic plans that pass four fundamental tests:
- strategies produce competitive advantage
- strategies are linked directly to quantified objectives
- strategies are linked directly to a profit and loss statement or budget
- strategies are implementable via an action plan.
Many strategic plans fail one or more of these tests and this leads to their organisations underperforming. Our methods ensure that this is avoided.

Performance Measurement
We employ our Strategic Factor System to produce a scorecard of key performance indicators for a board, an organisation or business unit. Our methods produce scorecards of key performance indicators ( KPIs ) that pass four fundamental tests:
- KPIs focus on achieving competitive strategies
- KPIs measure outcomes
- scorecard contains non-financial as well as financial measures
- scorecard contains leading indicators of performance.
Many scorecards fail one or more of these tests and this leads to their organisations not being effective. Our approach ensures that this is avoided.
