We employ our Strategic Factor System to produce an effective strategic plan for an organisation or business unit. Our methods produce strategic plans that pass four fundamental tests:
- strategies produce competitive advantage
- strategies are linked directly to quantified objectives
- strategies are linked directly to a profit and loss statement or budget
- strategies are implementable via an action plan.

Performance Measurement
We employ our Strategic Factor System to produce a scorecard of key performance indicators for a board, an organisation or business unit. Our methods produce scorecards of key performance indicators ( KPIs ) that pass four fundamental tests:
- KPIs focus on achieving competitive strategies
- KPIs measure outcomes
- scorecard contains non-financial as well as financial measures
- scorecard contains leading indicators of performance.
